This is a custom setting built off the original Eliana setting that features pave-set diamonds on the band 3/4 way around and a hidden halo around the center diamond with additional diamonds going up the prongs. The side diamonds have been increased to 0.05 pointers each and we've included a sapphire bezel on either side of the crown.
