DreamStone products available for purchase online include high-quality diamonds, fine jewelry, gemstones, pearls, watches and accessories. All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of the products we supply. If an item you have ordered is on back-order, we will inform as to when it will be back in stock.

Product Pricing

While we try to ensure that all data and pricing on our website is accurate, errors may occur. We apologize for this inconvenience. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will contact you via phone or email and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it and assist you in finding another item. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled and you will receive a confirmation email.

Ring Resizing

If for some reason your DreamStone ring does not fit, send it back to us within 45 days following the original shipment date. We will resize it free of charge. Resizing will take approximately 10-14 business days. Please view our return procedures.

DreamStone has made great efforts to display quality images of each item so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item. The product images are sample photographs of our products and may appear larger or smaller then the actual product size.

According to industry standards and FTC regulations, the total carat weight on all purchases may vary in carat weight from the stated weight. Also, for items containing multiple diamonds, we calculate the average color, clarity and carat weight of a particular item. We provide measurements and details on products based the information provided by our manufacturers using techniques and equipment at the time of examination. The selected size for a center diamond, or selected ring size may change the total carat weight of the setting from the stated information on that particular item. The results of any other examination performed on the diamond may differ depending upon, when, how and by whom the diamond(s) are examined. DreamStone and its employees and its agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense resulting from any error in or omission related to pricing, availability, or product information.

Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment methods:

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club or American Express. You can pay via credit online or by phone, simply select your choice when placing your order. Your credit card will be charged only after we have verified your card details, received credit approval authorization and confirmed stock availability.

Bank Wire: DreamStone applies a 1.5% discount for payments received through bank wire. When placing your order you can select the bank wire option to receive further instructions and necessary account information. Sales Tax

Sales tax will only be charged to orders shipped to NY State as required by applicable laws.

Shipping and Delivery

We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders. Additionally, we insure every order to your door step. It is DreamStone's policy to have an adult signature for all orders upon delivery. These precautions ensure the safe and secure delivery of your fine jewelry.

Shipping time depends on your chosen product and the delivery option you select on checkout. Typically, you should allow one to four business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. Promotions, Special Offers, and Gift Certificates

DreamStone offers exciting new products, special offers and promotions. Only one reference code is limited per order. Special offers may not be combined with any other offer, are not redeemable for cash, and can not be applied towards sales tax or shipping. The entire offer must be applied towards a single transaction and the balance may not be applied towards subsequent orders. Due to price changes and availability, we reserve the right to alter the terms and duration of any special offer or sale promotion.

Engagement Ring Settings

DreamStone offers an extensive collection of classic and modern engagement ring settings. All settings are available in white gold, yellow gold and platinum and settings with prongs can be made with either four-prongs or six-prongs. If you do not find the setting you are looking for, we would be happy to customize any engagement ring setting on our site to your specifications. Laser Inscriptions

If you are interested in having your diamond laser inscribed you can either send your diamond to a grading lab and have them laser inscribe it, or if you would like us to laser inscribe it for you, please call one of our customer service staff after you have placed your order and ask to add the DreamStone Laser Inscription Service.

Returns

Our return policy gives you plenty of time to make an informed decision. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any none custom item within 30 days from the original order date for a refund or exchange. DreamStone's long standing commitment to non-conflict diamonds is a zero tolerance policy. We only purchase diamonds from suppliers that comply with the Kimberley Process, an international diamond industry and civil society initiative to ensure diamonds are free from sources of conflict. Upgrade Policies

We offer a lifetime upgrade policy for all Natural GIA certified diamonds purchased from DreamStone, with proof of receipt. If you would like to upgrade your natural diamond, we’ll apply 100% of the credit toward the purchase of a new GIA certified diamond priced at least twice the original diamond purchase. Diamonds for upgrade are not eligible for return/exchange. GIA certified natural diamonds can only be upgraded for another GIA certified natural diamond. Please note that the diamond upgrade policy only applies to loose diamonds or diamonds that are purchased as a part of the Build Your Ring catalog. The certified natural diamond must be in its original condition and accompanied by the original grading report. The natural diamond will need to be inspected and approved by one of our certified gemologists to ensure authenticity. Diamond upgrades do not apply to ring or jewelry settings. If the diamond's ring needs to be altered to accommodate the new diamond selection, additional fees may apply. Not all ring settings can accommodate a diamond upgrade. Diamonds that are eligible for upgrades are not available for price match or discounts. Lab created IGI certified, GIA certified, and non-certified lab created diamonds are not eligible for the upgrade policy. Lab created diamonds and/or rings are considered final sale after the return/exchange period. If you’d like to upgrade, simply contact our sales department at (800) 818-8386 and send your jewelry in for inspection. Choose your upgrade and we’ll apply the value of your original diamond purchase as credit against the new purchase. We can then send you the diamond loose or reset it in a new ring setting.
