Lifetime Upgrade Policy - Any loose diamond purchased from DreamStone.com can be exchanged at 100% credit for any replacement diamond of at least 2x or greater in value. The diamond being upgraded must be in original condition and accompanied by original laboratory grading document.

 		Insurance appraisal

Your purchase will come with a complete insurance appraisal by an independent certified gemologist. The appraisal will state the retail value of your item along with all its specifications. For diamond jewelry and diamond engagement rings, the appraisal will list the cut, color, clarity, carat weight of the stone(s), and metal type. In addition, we will have your name and address printed on the appraisal.

You can give this documentation to your home owner's insurance company or independent insurance company to insure your product.
